At The Loto Lab S.L. we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through thelotolab.es, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we process

When you use the contact form, we process the data you voluntarily provide:

Name.
Email address.
The type of conversation you propose (project, collaboration or idea).
The content of your message.
The language in which you are viewing the website, so that we can reply in that language.

If you email or call us directly, we will likewise process the data you provide in that communication.

Please do not include special categories of data (for example, health data) or data about third parties without their consent in your message.

What we use it for

We use your data exclusively to:

Answer your enquiry or request.
Keep in touch with you about it and, if you decide to commission a project from us, prepare the proposal and carry out the project.

We do not send marketing communications or newsletters, we do not create profiles and we do not make automated decisions based on your data.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form after accepting this policy. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), when you ask us for information or a proposal about a project.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry. If the communication does not lead to a professional relationship, we will delete it within a maximum of twelve months from the last contact.

If we work together, the data will be kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law (commercial, tax and professional liability), appropriately blocked.

Who we share it with

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law.

To provide the service we rely on the following providers, who act as data processors with the safeguards required by the GDPR:

IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany): hosting of the website and the contact form.
Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), through Google Workspace: the email service we use to receive and reply to your messages.

International transfers

Google may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by Google LLC's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the subject of the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. Server logs and form security

Like any website, the server hosting this site automatically records technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser). In addition, to protect the form against abuse, we store a pseudonymised identifier of the IP address (a hash from which the address cannot be recovered) together with the time of each submission. This data is used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is deleted periodically; form logs are kept for a maximum of six months.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking.

If you change the language of the website, we store that choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that we can show you the same language on your next visits and, for a moment, the position on the page so that we can return you to the same spot. It is a preference you choose yourself, it does not identify anyone, it is not sent to our servers or to third parties, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to estudio@thelotolab.es or by post to the address given above. Please state which right you wish to exercise; if necessary to verify your identity, we may ask you for additional information.

We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission via HTTPS and restricted access to the information received.

Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in how we operate. Any changes will be published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
